Element:LA is a 240k sq. ft. creative campus, adaptive reuse project in West Los Angeles featuring uncommonly large contiguous space opportunities. To target innovative companies in media, entertainment, gaming and technology, FLUX worked with client Hudson Pacific Properties and leading architect Gensler to launch an authentic, powerful brand for Element:LA. In addition to the property’s brand identity package, FLUX developed key leasing materials including brochure, website, signage and wayfinding. FLUX also worked with local artists and interior designers to create a unique leasing showroom experience featuring one-of-a-kind custom art pieces.
