With our studio in DTLA for the last 8 years we have seen a lot of change. Currently in the Arts District, our neighborhood has evolved to have some of the hottest restaurants in town. But I still love my favorites that have been here long before Bavel. One of my “go to” taco trucks is Adrians.
Regularly parked along Mateo since 2008 and always ready for the lunch crowd. The colorful truck with fold out tables and milk crates peek my appetite every time I drive by. Just down the street form the recently opened Guerrilla Tacos, Adrians Taco Trailer provides a totally different option in price and ambiance than Guerilla. Don’t misunderstand I love Guerrilla Tacos, but sometimes you just need a taco truck. At Adrians Taco Trailer the food is fantastic and the price point is right. My favorite is always a veggie burrito. They are totally willing to customize it the way I like it with sautéed onions and avocado. I took an office survey and we each had our favorites bites.
