The Chadwick is a 675-unit apartment community adjacent to the DTLA and KTown neighborhoods. As part of a major property renovation, Flux Branding devised a comprehensive experiential branding campaign to elevate its appeal. The enormous scale of the property represented wayfinding challenges and the overall dated appearance of the existing signage couldn’t support the revenue growth targets. Flux analyzed the property flow, created signage specifications, built monuments, and more. The result was a package of over 1,000 signs that were fabricated and installed by the Flux team, providing a turnkey solution for property owners Kennedy Wilson and LeFrak Organization.
