Located in the South Bay of LA, this exceptional setting is one of the few places in the city where transitioning from dining and shopping to lying at the pool or beach happens effortlessly. Flux was chosen to bring the concept of modern luxury at Eastway to life via brand positioning and marketing strategy. On the design side, we built everything from leasing signage to permanent signage, website and digital ads, stationery, business cards, floorpans, and brochures. Additionally, we created a style guide to serve as the basis for the brand’s look and feel.
