Located in the heart of LA’s Koreatown, The Summit was rebranded for an aggressive marketing campaign for the rapid sale of over 60 condos. With limited time to execute, Flux created a comprehensive identity campaign consisting of extensive building and directional signage, website, printed folio with oversized floorplate sheets and business stationery. The campaign supported 100% sales in less than half the expected timeframe.
