The Chadwick is a 675 unit apartment community located adjacent to DTLA and KTown neighborhoods. As part of a major property renovation, Flux Branding was selected for a comprehensive experiential branding campaign to elevate it’s appeal. The enormous scale of the property represented wayfinding challenges, and the overall dated appearance of the existing signage couldn’t support the revenue growth targets. Flux analyzed the property flow, created signage specifications, building monuments, and more. The result was a package of over 1000 signs that were fabricated and installed by the Flux team, providing a turnkey solution for property owners Kennedy Wilson and LeFrak Organization.
