Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will join Flux Branding’s team of strategists, designers, and project managers to fulfill a variety of analytical and organizational functions including campaign setup and monitoring, monthly reporting, and quality control, as well as offer high level assistance to the senior Business Development team.This role also works to advance Flux’sown marketing efforts.

You are a strategic thinker who combines your communication skills and technical savviness to devise, implement, and managedigital marketing campaigns, whether it be for Flux or for our wide variety of clients. Responsibilities:

  • Implement digital marketing plans/campaigns that achieve desired results
  • Properly set up new clients/campaigns and update as needed
  • Actively monitor all activity throughout a campaign lifecycle
  • Manage monthly campaign progression reports
  • Use analytics tools to best optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display and search advertising
  • Work with internal Project Management team to schedule tasks for design/strategy needs
  • Interface directly with Flux’s digital marketing clients and partners
  • Support sales and biz dev efforts as needed (proposals, scopes of work, updating sales materials, insertion orders, etc.)
  • Work directly with the Executive Strategy Director and offer assistance in researching, scheduling, communications, and identifying potential marketing opportunities (events, awards, direct client initiatives)

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or similar
  • 3-5 years of digital advertising experience with an agency
  • A thorough knowledge of digital marketing products (SEO – local and organic, Google Adwords, paid social, social media and reputation management, device ID and behavior targeting, etc.)
  • Ability to organize information, communicate clearly, manage expectations, and provide a logical framework for the an entire lifecycle of a digital marketing campaign
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on a daily basis while paying close attention to details
  • Ability to resolve issues without delay operating under time-sensitive deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms, survey platforms, and WordPress
  • Superior general office skills (Mac proficiency, G Suite, CRM, CMS, etc.)
  • Passion for branding and eagerness to collaborate with creative people
